Air Dolomiti has always considered onboard hospitality as a moment of contact and encounter with its passengers. In 1996 it introduced "Settimocielo by Air Dolomiti" – Seventh Heaven – a registered trademark which gives its name to the onboard hospitality and a range of exclusive products: Settimocielo by Air Dolomiti has received awards at a world-wide level for its exceptional innovation, quality and style.
As the 2006 winter operations begin,
something completely new is being introduced to dazzle the business passengers: all business travellers can now be guaranteed a spare seat next to them. This new concept increases the level of comfort for passengers and guarantees them extra space, extra attention on board and extra privacy. The business classes on ATR 500 AND ATR 700 have been moved forwards and the passengers can choose either a window or aisle seat.
The economy class passengers naturally continue to enjoy the Settimocielo hospitality.
