This exhibition is the first of a series that wants to investigate how the Mediterranean has influenced the art of 1900. The exhibition shows the inspiration and fascination of Chagall after his journeys to Greece, Israel and France. The “Mediterranean Period” of Chagall corresponds to an artistic rebirth: the colours play central role and the artist tests the collages for the first time the collages. 150 works from Musée National Marc Chagall, Centre Pompidou, Musée Matisse… www.chagallpisa.it

Walking in Pisa 2010

Starting in April, Walking in Pisa is a new guided tour of Pisa city centre. It will take place on Mondays at 3 and on Sundays at 10.30 for the Italian and English speakers and on Thursdays at 3 for the Italian and German speakers.
